Facebook comments into qualified leads

A lead system for a farm lot developer, from proposal to go-live in 4.5 weeks.

  1. 106leads in the first 3 days
  2. 772leads by week 3.5 on a second property
  3. 27build days

The problem

Comments and messages were answered by hand, in two languages, at all hours, and leads went cold overnight.

What I built

  • 10 workflows that catch every Facebook comment and message.
  • A Taglish chatbot with memory that answers in seconds and scores each lead.
  • Round-robin routing to agents, Telegram alerts, and follow-ups on day 1, 3 and 7.
  • A clean handoff from bot to human the moment a buyer talks money.

What changed

  • 106 leads in the first three days, and 772 by week 3.5 on a second property.
  • 603 older leads scored in one run.
  • Handed over with a plain-language report, a technical guide and training for the sales team. Four incidents in month one, each fixed the same day.

A lead here means a captured conversation, not a booked sale.

A messenger thread beside a lead record, showing a bot handing the conversation to a human agent, sample data.
The chat: the bot answers, then hands the buyer to a human agent.

Recreated from the live system, client details removed.
